A motorcycle cover might not be the first thing on your mind after buying a motorbike but it certainly is the best investments you can make especially if you want to keep your motorcycle looking as new even years later.

Another heavy duty material that will last for years is canvas (as used for tents). Canvas motorbike covers aren’t just extremely hard wearing, they can also be thrown over any motorbike that’s just been parked and still has a hot exhaust system – unlike plastic covers, canvas will not melt!
Generally when shopping for a good quality motorcycle cover here are some features to look for: outer material is tough and durable with a heat resistant lining, the material is breathable, the cover is waterproof and will protect your bike from all the elements when parked outside including very harsh sunlight, reflective panels to increase visibility at night and holes at the foot of both wheels allowing for security chains to be easily looped through and padlocked.
